Here is a little background on who I am and why you should listen to what I have to say about fitness.  I am a 41 year old United States Marine Corps and Army Veteran. I designed and maintained physical fitness programs for entire units in the military as well as proforming hand-to-hand combat and repelling tower training and education. I recieved a commendation medal from the U. S. Army for Physical Fitness Excellence and the picture on the upper right hand corner is the actual patch I was awarded by the U. S. Government and wore on my military uniform. I have also been coaching basketball, softball and soccer for many years and was a standout MVP basketball player in high school. Through my experiences in sports, coaching and the military I have been exposed to some of the most advanced physical fitness techniques and concepts out there today and am looking forward to sharing them with you.
